PrControl requires Premiere Pro 2019 or newer. It is recommended to use the newest available version of Premiere Pro.
After you have downloaded the plug-in, save your project in Premiere Pro and exit the application. Then launch the PrControl installer.
If you upgraded the PrControl plug-in to a newer version, you may need to clear the plug-in cache. Start Premiere Pro while holding down the shift key. If you do not clear the cache, Premiere Pro may keep running the old version. In the PrControl setup you can see the version number of the plug-in that is active.
